HISTORY OF ART THROUGH THE AGES – 8 WEEK COURSE (split into 2 blocks of 4 weeks)

TIME: 5:30pm – 8:30pm
COST: $25/person per class (Total $100-)
LEVEL: Beginner +
WHO?: Ages 15+
WHAT TO BRING: * your favourite art supplies (limited class supplies available) * a lined notebook of your choice for writing * your preferred sketchbook (A4 size is best though)
Join us for EIGHT WEEKS of Art History Classes where we will journey back through various art periods in history.
Each week we’ll be learning where different styles originated and when, looking at a specific artists’ from these periods, and creating artworks of our own inspired by these artists!
We’ll also be filling in a timeline, marking in all the important dates & people along our journey.
These classes are going to be a wonderful mix of theory and practical work!
We’ve split the eight weeks into two, FOUR WEEK BLOCKS.  Tickets will be sold separately as Block 1, & Block 2.
This means you can purchase tickets for block #1 or block #2, or both blocks, the choice is yours.
**Please note that this is a chronological class, so if you attend block 2 only, you’ll be starting from that time period and not the earlier time periods in block 1.   Block 1 – Thur 18th April – Thur 9th May (5:30pm – 8:30pm) Block 2 – Thur 16th May – Thur 6th June (5:30pm – 8:30pm)
**Please note this workshop MUST be PAID IN FULL BEFORE commencement of week one via DIRECT DEPOSIT**
**This workshop will only go ahead if we reach minimum of 10 people**
**If you pay full cost and minimum people is not reached, you will be given a full refund**
**Refunds during workshop dates will be given in the case of EMERGENCIES ONLY, if cancellation or absence occurs without emergency, funds will not be refunded**
